My Story
My Life filled with Trauma until….
I’ve been involved in the Wellness Industry for over 22 years, which I’ve encountered incredible benefits of healing emotions and beliefs through many other methods that balance the mind and body.
Life has mostly been filled with lots of fun, laughter, and many mentors and teachers, from who I’ve learned valuable skills and some extremely important life lessons from also.
There have been lots of life challenges I experienced that were extremely detrimental to my health in the way I thought, believed, and behaved.
I was in extreme daily emotional and physical pain for 17 years!
I used to ask myself many open-ended questions that really had no answers; like … “how much longer is this gonna take”, and “when’s this all gonna end?” doubting, worrying, hiding my pain and shame with a fake smile on my face to please others. This was all very energetically draining.
It’s understandable though, as I look back… I was living out a trauma-filled life and needed help!
It was in the depths of my own black despair when my life fell apart and took a whole different turn as the trajectory of my destiny was changed.
I was a woman who was beaten down emotionally with words for years, experiencing divorce and a nervous breakdown, and still thought I could ‘fix everything’ on my own. I came to realise this wasn’t all my responsibility, and that relationships are a two-way commitment to healing and growth, however, it took a long time for that to happen.

Blaming myself, and constantly reminding myself ‘how terrible I was’, and how I was ‘not good enough’.
I was in such a cycle and pattern of ‘guilt and overwhelm’, and ‘shame’ that my negativity engulfed me, even though I sought after many resources, reading books, attending courses, and modalities like counseling, NLP, Reiki, Tapping, and more.
I am grateful I had these resources however, I needed something more profound and specific to my needs.
I’ve actually been extremely blessed to have finally found creatrix®, a female formulated process that only works on the female brain.
Aligning the head, heart, and gut-level so deeply that it transforms women in such a way, they have an opportunity to experience a second chance at life.
Reaching an emotionally higher level of intelligence and opening the gateway to living life on your terms.
This is what happened for ME!
I got to reap the benefits of my own freedom and those closest to me got to feel it too! EVERYONE benefits from this ripple effect.
Now I’m dedicated to supporting women to rise up and help them step into their true authentic power personally and or professionally.
You as a woman deserve to be HAPPY, HEALTHY, and WEALTHY, and not feel guilty for wanting more out of life. Healing emotionally from the inside out so you can find your own life balance and success not only at work but in your home and for your family also.
My aim is to make you feel better as quickly as possible so you can go live the LIFE you truly want and deserve.
My Beliefs
Based on where you are in your personal growth and development, I believe when compassion and understanding for a woman is felt, you feel courageous enough to lean in to be able to share and express your true inner feelings.

My passion is helping Women rise up to gain confidence and belief in themselves, their life, and their future fully again. I love to start this journey with an open, honest, and genuine conversation where being heard and valued is my number 1 priority. Emotional wellness is the key to transitioning through to living out your full potential.
