What to Expect

Itinerary & What to Bring?

  • Park along Rippleside Park near Amenities & Playground
  • CHECK IN at the Undercover Seats with your Pre-Paid Ticket at 9.15am
  • Walking 1hr approx 9:30am -10:30am including exercises along our path overlooking the bay
  • Wear Comfy Clothes for Exercising (Check weather)
  • Supportive footwear ideal for walking
  • Water Bottle
  • Umbrella (optional)
  • Yoga Mat/Towel (optional) Fri
